Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) to pursue and establish claims, as well as to defend against potential claims, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interests of the Controller;
b) to respond to inquiries – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interests of the Controller;
c) for analytical and statistical purposes and to ensure ICT security – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interests of the Controller.
Dawtona applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of personal data processing and safeguards against unauthorized access, takeover by unauthorized persons, processing in violation of applicable data protection laws, as well as alteration, loss, or destruction.
Categories of Data Processed
The Controller processes the following personal data: computer IP address, name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, and other personal data included in the content of a message sent to the Controller via the contact form.
Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected and until the expiration of the limitation period for potential claims, or for the period required by applicable law.
Data Recipients
Your personal data may be transferred to other entities (e.g. relevant network operators, postal or courier service providers, debt purchasers, or providers of banking services) or external service providers (e.g. entities providing accounting, tax, legal, distribution, or IT services) who will process your personal data on our behalf.
Transfer of Data to Third Countries
The Controller stores your data in IT infrastructure provided by external entities, including e-mail accounts, the servers of which may be located outside the European Economic Area. Therefore, personal data may be transferred to recipients located outside the European Economic Area. The Controller transfers your personal data using mechanisms compliant with applicable law, including GDPR requirements, in particular on the basis of standard contractual clauses. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to respond to an inquiry submitted via the contact form.
Automated Decision-Making
The Controller does not make automated decisions, including profiling, based on your personal data.
Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing. In connection with the processing of data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw, Poland).
